Cynthia Grover Hastings
Cynthia Grover Hastings joined the Perocchi Family Law Group in
September, 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Grover Hastings served as a law
clerk for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, where she assisted
justices of various counties, including Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, and
Suffolk counties in connection with their judicial duties.
An honors graduate of Boston College Law School, Ms. Grover
Hastings was an articles editor of the Third World Law Journal, the recipient of the
Bingham-Dana Fellowship in 2002, and a quarterfinalist in the American Bar
Association Negotiations Competition. Prior to Law School, Ms. Grover
Hastings received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Clark
University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms. Grover Hastings is the author of Letting Down Their
Guard, What Guardians Ad Litem Should Know About Domestic Violence in Child
Custody Disputes, 24 B.C.Third World L.J. 283 (2004). Ms. Grover Hastings
recently co-authored the updated chapter on Pre-Trial Hearings for the
Massachusetts Divorce Law Practice Manual published by MCLE. Ms.
Grover Hastings was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers – Rising Stars
