Jessica Batsevitsky
Jessica Batsevitsky joined the Perocchi Family Law
Group in September of 2009.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Batsevitsky
practiced family law for several years at Goldstein & Manello, P.C. in
Boston, where she handled matters involving divorce, custody, contempt,
paternity and modification of prior judgments. Ms. Batsevitsky also
served on the staff of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, where
she helped to develop and implement the curriculum for continuing
education of Massachusetts attorneys in the area of family law.
Ms. Batsevitsky is also a dedicated volunteer at
the Boston Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyers Project and Senior
Partners for Justice, where she has provided pro bono
representation for indigent clients in the areas of divorce, paternity,
custody, guardianship and probate. 
Ms. Batsevitsky earned her J.D. in 1996 from Boston
University School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the
Public Interest Law Journal. As a law student, she also worked as
an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office and the Domestic
Violence Unit of the Essex County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to
law school, Ms. Batsevitsky received her Bachelor of Arts degree
summa cum laude from Syracuse University where she was a member of
Phi Beta Kappa.
