Paul P. Perocchi
Mr. Perocchi specializes in all phases of family law including divorce,
property division, alimony, tax consequences of divorce, child support,
custody, adoption and paternity. Mr. Perocchi frequently represents
clients in significant and complex cases which involve business
valuation, prenuptial agreements and jurisdictional conflicts. Many of
these cases have been argued at both the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Perocchi has authored and co-authored numerous articles for several
publications such as the seminal article:” Alimony and Assignment of
Property: The New Statutory Scheme in Massachusetts” published in the
Suffolk Law Review. He has also written for the Massachusetts Family
Manual, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education; and for the
Massachusetts Lawyers Diary & Manual.
He has lectured extensively for the National Business Institute, Suffolk
University Law School Advanced Legal Studies, and Massachusetts
Continuing Legal Education programs on such subjects as the “Valuation
of Assets in Divorce”, “Examining Experts in Divorce Cases”; “How to Try
a Divorce Case”; “Inherited and Gifted Assets”; and “Child Custody in
Massachusetts.”
Mr. Perocchi has been listed in Woodward/White Inc.’s Best Lawyers in
America for Family Law since 1983.
Mr. Perocchi graduated from Harvard University and received his J.D.
from Suffolk University. He was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in
1975.
