Peter J. Jamieson

Pete is a partner at Hastings, Jamieson & Lipschutz Family Law Group LLP and specializes in all aspects of domestic relations and represents clients in Eastern Massachusetts, particularly in Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk, and Norfolk Counties, as well as Worcester and Nantucket Counties.  Pete has worked in various fields of Massachusetts family law for nearly fifteen years.  Prior to joining HJL, Pete worked for a legal services organization, providing divorce services for victims of domestic violence.  Pete went on to serve as a Law Clerk to the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court assisting the justices of the court in a vast array of family law issues before joining HJL Family Law Group.

Pete is a dedicated advocate for his clients in all phases of a family law case including litigation, negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and trials.  Pete’s practice focuses on the following different practice areas:
