A member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, Ms. Grover Hastings has completed advanced training in divorce and family law, including the following areas: Same-Sex Marriage: New Protections and New Planning Challenges; Managing Taxes in Divorce; Best Practices in Appellate Advocacy; and Appellate Issues Under the Alimony Reform Act.
A member of the Boston, Essex, and Lawrence Bar Associations, Mr. Jamieson serves as a member of the Family Law Steering Committee for the Boston Bar Association. Mr. Jamieson has obtained advanced training in family law in the following areas: Representing Military Clients Advanced Deposition Strategies and Post-Pearce Alimony.
Selected for inclusion in Massachusetts Super Lawyers – Rising Stars in the area of Family Law on three occasions, Ms. Lipschutz is one of the 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 selected for this list. An active member of the legal community, Ms. Lipschutz serves on the Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Section Council, is a member of the new Greater Boston Family Law Inn of Court, and is a member of the Boston Bar Association Pro-Bono Committee.
Fortunata Colucci is a graduate of Merrimack College, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Fortunata earned her Juris Doctor degree from Massachusetts School of Law and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2012.
Jeneva Panopoulos (“Jenna”) graduated magna cum laude from the Massachusetts School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree in May, 2013 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November 2013.
Daniela is the Administrative Assistant for Hastings, Jamieson & Lipschutz Family Law Group and an integral part of the firm. Daniela is a graduate of Merrimack College. She assists in document production, firm administration and organization of client materials and pleadings.
